Marius Eisfeld

Marius has been part of the seed + speed team since April 2025. Prior to that, he worked for over two years as a Venture Architect and Senior Consultant at Deloitte Innovation & Ventures, focusing on venture building, venture clienting, and innovation strategies. He previously gained experience as an Analyst at Schumpeter Ventures and as a Market Development Manager at TIER Mobility. He completed his master's degree in management with a focus on entrepreneurship and innovation at ESMT in Berlin.
